Who We're Looking For
We're always interested in meeting talented mental health professionals who are passionate about maternal wellness and dedicated to serving their communities with excellence and compassion.
Licensed Mental Health Professionals
Current Texas license (LCSW, LPC, Licensed Psychologist, or LMFT) or working toward licensure with supervision needs
Passion for Maternal Mental Health
Experience with or strong interest in perinatal mental health, postpartum depression, birth trauma, or maternal wellness. PMH-C certification strongly valued but not required.
Evidence-Based Approach
Commitment to evidence-based treatments (CBT, DBT, EMDR, or other validated approaches) and ongoing professional development
Cultural Competency & Inclusivity
Sensitivity to diverse populations and commitment to providing affirming care for all families. Bilingual (Spanish/English) capabilities highly valued.
Technology Comfort
Comfortable with telehealth platforms, electronic health records, and digital practice management tools
Supervisors & Advanced Clinicians
We're also seeking experienced supervisors (LCSW-S, LPC-S) interested in mentoring the next generation of perinatal mental health specialists while maintaining their own caseload.
Supervisory positions include enhanced compensation, leadership opportunities, and potential equity participation for the right candidate.
