Who This Is For

Individual therapy is designed for mothers experiencing clinical mental health conditions that interfere with daily functioning. If you're struggling with intrusive thoughts, uncontrollable rage, severe depression, debilitating anxiety, or trauma from your birth experience, this level of care provides the intensive support you need.

We use evidence-based modalities including ERP for OCD, CBT for depression and anxiety, ACT for emotional regulation, and EMDR for birth trauma.
